This review is from: Gazebo, 10X13 GAZEBO (Misc.) Recieved my 10 x 13 Gazebo from Amazon on time, assembled it and am enjoying it, it gives us shade from the hot sun, and screens out the mosquitos. I have had to remove the top twice due to threatening weather conditions, like Earl. This is an unpleasant task but is essential in order to prevent any damages or losses due to severe weather. This review is from: Gazebo, 10X13 GAZEBO (Misc.) I ordered this gazebo because it was bigger than most, (10X13 not the average 10X10). It had arrived damaged with some pieces missing (nuts and bolts) and some of the poles dented, but upon contacting the company they offered to reship a new gazebo. Because I had already opened the box and it would have been impossible to ship it back, the company offered to refund my original shipping costs (&50.20) to me in lieu of shipping a new one, which I agreed to. I replaced the missing nuts and bolts, and faced the dented poles away from the house and it looks great. The company was very helpful and resolved the damaged issue promptly, without arguement or hassle. It could have been a very bad situation, but the company stood-up and handled them problem. This gazebo lasted 2 days...it's too big....the first rain / wind storm took it down way too easily, the supports did not hold up well at all....a waste of money.
